I'm delighted to announce that Harvard Business Publishing has just launched my new book, Your Next Move: The Leader's Guide to Navigating Major Career Transitions. The book is a synthesis of what I have learned about accelerating transitions into new roles since The First 90 Days was published in 2003. It focuses on the major moves that leaders make into new roles during their careers, including getting promoted, joining a new company, and making an international move. It also focuses on the STARS model, looking at the differences in what leaders need to do in turnarounds vs. realignments.

At the same time, I've launched my new website MichaelDWatkins.com which provides information on the speaking, consulting, and programs we offer.
